The Sunday before Christmas, the little kids sang songs during church. It was so much fun to watch, especially since Miss Emalyn is now in the 2 year old class and was part of the singing! We were all very excited to watch Emalyn's debut.
It seems like yesterday that Maddi was part of the little kids singing at church. Now she's part of the audience.
We had no idea how Emalyn would do, especially if she saw us in the audience. This is her class walking in and getting set up on stage. She looked so big following along doing what all the other kids were doing.
She brought her kitty from home but also brought a toy telephone with her on stage. Her nose was snotty and it drove me nuts, because I'm the snot police. I can't stand snotty noses, especially on my own kids. Anyway, she did see us in the audience and she smiled for us. Cuteness!
This was her "I'm not so sure about this" face she had most of the time she was on stage.
All the other kids rang their bells for the Christmas Bells song, but Emma had no part of that. She didn't sing either!
All done!
Walking off stage. Even though she didn't sing or do much, we were so proud of our little Emma at her first choir performance. Little ones are cute just doing nothing. It was so fun for Brett and I to see the joy and happiness in Maddi and Cade's faces when they watched her on stage. They were so proud and it was so fun to watch them watch their baby sister.
After church, we went to lunch at Olive Garden. Emalyn was hyper and was jumping around in the booth and singing her songs from church.
My "baby" boy looking so grown up as a nine year old.
My crazy girl hyped up and entertaining us.
After her hyperness wore off, she was grumpy and tired and didn't want to eat, so she played games on my new iphone 4s.
