21 Months!

On August 6th, Emalyn turned 21 months old! I can't believe that she's the same age that Maddi was when Cade was born. She is so much fun and we are all enjoying her so much. She is a total copy cat. She LOVES dancing and will copy anything and everything Maddi does. This is their ponche.

Watching sissy to see how exactly to do the splits. She is super flexible and Maddi wants to keep her flexible so she's a good dancer.

Now her leg extensions. She does one leg and then switches and says "other one." She is so stinking cute.

She's loves an audience!

Emma and Maddi were both wearing twirly skirts that were perfect for spinning.



She is really talking a lot these days. She's even putting words together for sentences like, walk Cocoa leash. She loves shoes, and even threw a big fit the other day in Gap because she really liked the shoes we tried on her. When we tried to take them off, she started screaming and Maddi and Cade convinced me to buy her the shoes. Can we say spoiled little monster? She thinks she is so big now and refuses to sit in a high chair, she fights the cart at the grocery store, and is just getting so independent. She wants to do things herself and gets quite frustrated if it doesn't go exactly how she planned. She can be challenging but for the most part, she is a little sweetheart and we just adore her.
